Our Writers

We have assembled an extensive network of skilled staff and freelance writers. All of our writers hold law degrees and have extensive legal writing experience in their chosen subject area.

Some of our writers have other day jobs and do this on a freelance basis. These writers are required to demonstrate to our satisfaction that their work for JD Scribes does not violate any moonlighting or non-compete policy of their primary employer. To protect the privacy of our writers, we do not list their names on this site. However, before you greenlight work on your assignment you will be given the opportunity to receive and review a full disclosure of the identity of your writer, his or her background, awards won, and samples of other work. We will make sure the assigned writer has contractual authorization (including express permission if required) from any primary employer to work on your assignment, and we will provide you with written assurances that any work provided to you is original and not subject to any claim of ownership (other than your own, of course).
