Between us, we've written literally thousands of motions and briefs, in federal and state courts, at every trial and appellate level. We are seasoned writers and quick studies. Whether you provide your own research or have us do it for you, we will provide professional, soundly reasoned documents at a fraction of the time, cost and stress you would expend to do the work yourself or to get a clerk or junior associate up to speed.

We maintain subscriptions to all necessary research databases and publications, so you can be confident that any research we provide will be on-point and up to date.

We are also skilled at the creation of in house newsletters and can help you with individual articles or maintain your entire publication for you. Additionally, we have skilled press release experts on staff and can gladly assist with drafting releases to publicize major victories and developments at your firm.

What we are not: We are not straight out of law school. We have not taken years off from research and writing. We are NOT using this service to try to get a job at your firm.
